Building Client-Centered Workspaces

At Paramount Builders, we pride ourselves on delivering spaces that perfectly balance form and function, tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our latest project with Mulloy Law, a local firm moving closer to the downtown area, is a testament to this commitment.

When Mulloy Law approached us, we collaborated closely with the firm to ensure the design met their goals. Reggi, our Director of Building Design, took the lead in understanding how their current office functioned. Through an in-depth tour of their existing space, we identified both the elements that worked well and those that needed reimagining.

The focus from the outset was clear: create a space that fosters collaboration while allowing for privacy and seamless transitions between work areas. Reggi translated these needs into a tailored design, integrating functionality and flow that will support the firm’s future growth. The design was met with enthusiasm, with only a few minor revisions needed before finalization.

Now, with the building on the newly purchased lot cleared and ready for construction, we are excited to watch this vision come to life. Mulloy Law’s new office will be more than just a workspace—it will be a reflection of their professionalism and dedication to their clients.

We believe that client-focused design is not just about creating beautiful spaces but about building environments that work for the people who use them every day. Mulloy Law’s new office will stand as a shining example of this approach.
