Bill has worked in the construction industry for over 28 years, primarily in flatwork. For the past 6 years, he has overseen Paramount Builders' concrete operations. He does it all, from getting crews lined up and on-site quality control to billing and paperwork.

Luke was born and raised in Bismarck and earned his degree from the University of Mary. Luke will be one of your first contacts when starting your build; his strong North Dakota roots and family values help him connect with and understand our client's needs.

Our talented Architectural Designer, Reggi has 17 years in the building industry with a Bachelors in Architecture. Her day to day is always different; from designing a riding arena to designing countless high-end homes, her work is vital to our team.

Jayden is our expert in visualization; she has been in the industry for over 5 years. Her understanding of client's needs is exceptional, as well as her ability to translate those needs to our crews. Her day is a mix of job site visits and working on presentations.

Sue is our go-to person for anything cabinets and countertops. From designing to ordering, she's there to ensure functionality while creating a final product that is appealing to the eye and fits your personal style.

Amanda Wolf

Amanda has been with Paramount Builders for 3 years. She started as our team's Project Estimator and has recently taken on the title, Sales & Design Coordinator in our Fargo location. She is referred to as an 'organizing ninja' which is what makes her excel in both positions.

Jennifer Chillemi

Jennifer achieved her Business degree from University of Mary and luckily for us, found herself working with us in 2020. She quickly became our "ship captain" and coordinates all vendor invoicing and processing as well as day to day office operations.
