New Project at The Ridge: Creative Planning's Move to North Bismarck
Paramount Builders is excited to announce our latest project at The Ridge in North Bismarck, where we are working with Creative Planning to bring their new office space to life. Already established in Bismarck, Creative Planning is relocating to the north side of town, expanding their presence and continuing their mission of helping clients achieve financial wellness through personalized planning.
A Collaborative Design Process
Our design team crafted the floor plan based on an initial rough sketch, incorporating a generic set of standards for finishes provided by the client. The Creative Planning team has been actively involved in the process, ensuring that the space meets their specific needs and aligns with their vision. Most of the collaboration has been with their corporate office rather than the local branch, offering a unique opportunity to blend national expertise with local execution.
The new office space will feature:
Three private offices
One conference room
A welcoming reception area
An open office workspace
With this new location, Creative Planning will continue to guide clients toward financial success, simplifying the journey to financial wellness one personalized plan at a time.
