Pelican Health is a comprehensive pelvic and bladder care clinic located in North Bismarck. We had the opportunity to transform what was once the old Snooper’s Tons of Fun, and later a Box Office Video, into a beautiful modern clinic. We partnered with the owners to assist them with the building acquisition, coordinate the design team, and complete the project from demolition to completion. There were a handful of features necessary to fit the clinic’s needs such as optimal layouts for clinical rooms, all with bathrooms, medical-grade countertops, and planning for specialized power and electrical outlets needed for medical equipment.
