Our friends at Trestle approached us to build their vision of a mixed-use space on 630 Main Avenue in Downtown Bismarck. With 52 apartment units on the upper levels and commercial space along the lower level, we’re excited to be making progress on this unique project that is anticipated to be completed in the fall of 2022.
